You may ask “Do I need to organise food?” No, your eating time is booked in the private farm-themed party room which you’ll have for around 1 hour. You choose your food option when booking.

Choose from:

  • Cold picnic box: ham or cheese sandwiches, crisps, jelly pot and apple juice
  • Hot meal: sausage, veggie sausage or chicken nuggets with chips, veggie sticks and apple juice

Every party child also enjoys:

  • Whippy ice cream dessert
  • Presentation birthday cake with candles (provided)  for singing Happy Birthday

  • Price per child attending: £29.50
  • Minimum booking: 8 children
  • Deposit required to secure your date: £236
  • Recommended meal times: 12:00 or 12:20 for smaller parties, 1:00 or 1:20 for larger parties
  • Additional attendees are welcome; standard admission charges apply
  • Adults can buy food, drinks and cakes from the Hen House Restaurant

Can I add extra items to the birthday party bags?

Yes. You are welcome to bring extra items on the day and our party team will be happy to help.

Can we bring our own birthday cake?

Yes. A homemade cake is included in your package, but you are very welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

When do you need final numbers and food choices?

Please send your final details 7 days before the party by signing into your booking account or emailing parties@farmerpalmers.co.uk

What happens when we arrive?

Our reception team will greet you and explain everything you need for a smooth and happy party day.

Do you cater for allergies?

Yes. Our Restaurant team do their best to cater for allergy requirements and can provide allergen information. We politely ask guests not to bring their own party food into the party rooms because of other guests and allergy risks.

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Vouchers for free meals or drinks cannot be used within party packages
  • Restaurant meal and drink offers apply to counter sales only
  • You will receive an automated confirmation when you book
  • We will email you around 2 weeks before your party for final information
  • Candles are provided; please do not bring sparklers to the farm park
