Charity Support Requests: Most contact us requests are for support for charities or PTA’s. Due to current closure and social distancing measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19, we are not accepting Charity Support Requests at this time. We will let you know when these re-open.

Do I need to Pre-Book? Yes. ALL VISITS must be pre-booked. There are separate systems for Annual Pass Holders and Non-Pass Holders. Further information can be found on our NEWS PAGE.

Lost Property: We will be holding all lost property until we re-open.
