We aim to help you enjoy your day...
we aim to
make your
visit easy

We share the fun of a visit to meet our lovely animals with everyone. We take disabled access seriously and will endevour to give a helpful and open service
Disabilities and accessibility is important to us. Our team's approach is to help you as much, or a little, as you require. Please just ask. You can feel happy in the knowledge that you can come to Farmer Palmer's to meet our lovely animals.  Our site is not large and the surfaces are all even or ramps, including the woodland walk. (You can still visit and enjoy, just ask)
Other ways we help:
  • Helpful, trained team members to offer personal assistance
  • Free Wheelchair for you to borrow should you require one
  • Wide doorways and ramps
  • Even pathways and gravel or concrete
  • We welcome guide/sensory dogs on leads
  • Information signs in larger print
  • Menus are available in larger print, just ask :) Our restaurant has tray support along the counter
  • Please note we are unable to assist with contact during social distancing measures

New for 2020 but currently postponed until Social Distancing Measures have been eased
