Cancellation Information: Annual Pass Holders

If you want to cancel your booking you can do this from your Customer Portal, via the Annual Pass Page.

Simply sign in to the system using your email address. You do this in the same way you reserved your tickets. Once logged in you can click to cancel your tickets.

We are tracking all ticket cancellations and no shows. Regular cancellations/no shows may result in the forfeiting of passes.

Refunds do not apply to Annual Pass Holder visits.

Cancellation information: Non-Pass Holders 

Morning and Afternoon Session Visits

If you want to cancel your booking we can do this but there is a 50% per ticket charge.

We totally understand plans change but the sheer volume of swap requests has become unsustainable. Therefore, we need to remind customers you enter into an agreement with us to come and it is unfair to take the spaces others may want.  Reasons have included

  1. booked the wrong day
  2. children accidentally booking tickets,
  3. wanting to go another day now as it is more convenient
  4. it looks like it is going to rain. There is no such thing as bad weather, just inappropriate clothing 🙂

Therefore we wish to remind you of the following, I trust you understand why the charge is being brought in:

As with any financial banking transaction, you are asked to

  1. Review your purchase before ticking the terms and conditions
  2. Then check your purchase before pressing pay,
  3. You have time to change your mind before manually typing in all billing details
  4. Be sure before proceeding to checkout.
  5. Once purchased your transaction is binding.

From 26th July 2020:

At the point of selecting dates and tickets online, you will see the following information on the website.

These tickets are not refundable and your transaction is only valid for the date, session, and order details. Fewer visitors per session gives you more access to everything that’s open. Full description below. If you are happy with the date above simply select your ticket for each visitor (under 2’s free). Please check your basket carefully before proceeding to checkout as there is a 50% charge, per ticket, if you wish to re-book/swap for another date. Complete payment in secure checkout. (card or Paypal). Book your tickets now.”

We Can Swap Tickets For You, But There Is A Charge

If you still feel you need to contact us we are still happy to do this for you. Please email with:

  1. Your full name,
  2. A contact number so we can call you and take payment,
  3. Purchase order number,
  4. The number of tickets purchased
  5. Your preferred alternative date and session time. (these will be subject to availability and must be within 28 days of your original order date)

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund pre-booked tickets if you are unable to visit.

Please note; we are not able to book tickets on your behalf.

All tickets must be booked via online systems.
